About the role
The role of the Team Leader Youth Justice Training is to advise, promote and delivery youth justice (community) related learning and development programs for Departmental staff and external clients.
The position is responsible for the development, coordination and supervision of learning and assessment activities within the portfolio. Drawing on a broad base of knowledge the positon designs, develops, coordinates, delivers, assesses and reviews programs within the portfolio specifically related to young people in the community justice system.
The position also supervises, supports and facilitates on-going feedback and professional development of students and staff to enhance performance, job satisfaction and effective working relationships.
About you

Pool Recruitment
The Department of Justice uses recruitment pools to build a bank of talent for future opportunities. When part of a pool you may be offered a permanent or temporary position, however an appointment is not guaranteed.
This pool will be open for a period of 24 months from the date of first appointment. Permanent and fixed-term full-time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise.
Currently there is one fixed term contract available for immediate filling with the possibility of extension or permanence if business needs arise.
