About the role
The Department of Justice established the ICT Transformation Program in September 2017 with a view to transform the Department from an owner-operator of ICT infrastructure to a consumer of GovNext services and deliver the capabilities to enable access to a rapidly evolving catalogue of digital services.
The Client Support Coordinator role was created to provide a centralised business engagement and communication function for the Program with responsibilities to collate information from approximately 100 sites across the state and, acting on behalf of the Program Change Manager, to provide support to business units and staff impacted by the evolving business environment.
About you
The Program is looking for individuals that have a high level of experience providing business engagement and communications to:
- Support and provide advice to clients within a large information systems environment.
- Negotiate with internal management clients, external service providers and consultants.
- Collation of information and proactively supporting organizational change management processes
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.

The Department of Justice uses recruitment pools to build a bank of talent for future opportunities. When part of a pool you may be offered a permanent or temporary position, however an appointment is not guaranteed.
This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of first appointment. Fixed term, full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise.
Currently there is one (1) fixed term contract available for immediate filling for a six (6) month fixed term, full time with the possibility of extension.
