This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency for Fixed Term appointments.
We currently have multiple positions available to fill a vacancy totalling 3.70 FTE (Full Time Equivalent), including a Fixed Term Full Time position until 30/06/2020 that we are seeking to fill immediately.

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Social Worker at Osborne Park Hospital.
In this role you will provide a clinical Social Work service to clients and families of the designated unit. This includes participating in the planning, coordination and delivery of community services and residential care, providing consultation and support to medical, nursing and allied health professionals regarding social aspects of care for referred clients, and liaising with government and non-government agencies on professional and social issues.
