About the role
This role sits within a team which specialises in the establishment and management of ICT contracts that include software licensing and infrastructure and applications support. In addition to supporting existing functions within the branch this role will contribute to the ICT transformation program by assisting to establish and manage GovNext ICT contracts in line with the State Supply Commission policies.
The Contract Services Officer provides support to the Contracts Branch within the Knowledge, Information and Technology Directorate and assists with the monitoring and management of outsourced ICT services contracts, software licensing compliance, provides extensive administrative support to the Contract Services Branch, coordinates contract management meetings, prepares meetings papers and assists with the development of new contracts.
About you
- Experience in I.T. Contract Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively as part of a small team
