We’re looking for
A passionate Project Manager to lead and manage a range of key projects within the Customer Service Delivery branch
As the Project Manager you will identify, analyse and provide recommendations for improvement in the projects you are leading. You will conduct stakeholder consultation and develop business cases for initiatives identified. You will monitor the day to day activities and finances of projects under your control and provide progress reports to the Director, Customer Service Delivery (CSD). You will work with key stakeholders in the CSD leadership team to ensure that operational and strategic outcomes are achieved and monitor benefits realisation from implemented projects.
You are responsible for connecting staff with the change initiatives and working with key stakeholders to embed them into business practices.
If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills who can deliver key projects within budget and on time with a positive, can-do attitude then this is the role for you.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We need someone who can
- Demonstrate project management skills and experience
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate and lead projects
- Cultivate strong, productive relationships and partnerships
- Communicate, negotiate and influence effectively at all levels with a range of stakeholders including industry and government bodies
- Motivate and inspire staff to come along on the change initiative journey
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
