Role
The position provides supervision and conducts assessment and treatment of complex cases. This position resolves/addresses complex clinical issues and supervises Senior Programs Officers and Programs Officers in the areas of assessment, treatment, group delivery and report preparation.
Job related requirements
Masters Degree in Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychology or Social Work, and full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or membership with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Possession of a Current WA Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence

- The ability to provide leadership and clinical supervision including the ability to monitor professional standards, resolve complex clinical issues and provide feedback to staff.
- Knowledge and experience in offender rehabilitation, especially in working with mandated clients in the delivery of therapeutic programs
- The ability to provide clinical supervision to diverse teams including the oversight of treatment completion reports, the identification of professional development and training gaps and the reporting of clinical issues to the Program Delivery Manager
- Understanding of culturally appropriate therapeutic programs and how to respond to the needs of diverse cultural populations.
