We’re looking for
Experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Talent and Culture team.
In these roles you will drive quality talent outcomes and manage end to end recruitment processes ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will have an understanding of job design, innovative and contemporary attraction, recruitment and selection practices, and embrace new approaches/initiatives. Your proven business partnering skills with an ability to advise, coach and influence will ensure your success.

This is a pool recruitment process and we currently have one permanent vacancy and one three (3) month fixed term contract opportunity. Part time arrangements may be considered.

- Manage end to end recruitment processes for diverse stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of initiatives, strategies and programs beyond traditional recruitment and selection

Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.

What is a recruitment pool?
- We use recruitment pools to build a bank of talent who we feel might be suited to future opportunities within the Department of Transport. When part of a pool you may be offered a permanent or temporary position, however an appointment is not guaranteed.
- This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of first appointment. Permanent and fixed-term full-time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise. Currently there is one (1) permanent position and one three (3) month fixed term contract available for immediate filling.
