The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, youth justice, community initiatives and regional services reform.
Department of Communities will relocate its head office to the new purpose-built Kings Square, Fremantle, that is set to accommodate 1500 State Government employees. This move is currently scheduled for April 2020.
The Opportunity
We are seeking to establish a recruitment pool to fill Sales Operations Officers (Level 4) and Sales Coordinators (Level 5) vacancies that may arise within the next twelve (12) months.
There are two (2) Sales Operations Officer and two (2) Sales Coordinator positions available for filling.
Please refer to the attached Job Description Forms for a more detailed outline of the responsibilities, competencies, and special requirements for each position.
The pool recruitment will operate for twelve (12) months from the date of the initial selection. Suitable applicants will be placed in the pool which may be used to fill full time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term vacancies with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency. Suitable applicants may also be considered for appointment to similar employment opportunities for the duration of the pool.

For the Sales Operations Officer Level 4 role, please provide a one (1) page covering letter addressing the following selection criteria/role related requirement:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of property/ real estate administration, including collating information, editing documents, producing reports, managing project documents and schedules
For the Sales Coordinator Level 5 role, please provide a two (2) page covering letter addressing the following selection criteria/role related requirements:
- Demonstrated successful delivery of sales plans and strategies, including the ability to deliver agreed targets and outcomes within specified timeframes
- Sound understanding of contract administration
