Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Nurse Practitioner for our Nursing Department.
This role is predominantly working across Boyup Brook/Donnybrook, however on occasion according to WA Country Health Service - South West needs the position holder may be required to relieve at other South West sites. In this role you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients and families within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner and the sites designation. You will also develop and maintain evaluation processes of patients outcomes relevant to the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
