Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to the position of Project Officer. In this position you will be responsible for undertaking, coordinating and managing key priority Communicable Disease Control Directorate projects as determined by the Manager, Immunisation Surveillance and Disease Control Program. The Project Officer will be responsible for planning, implementation and maintenance of data management systems for collection and analysis of surveillance data from a variety of sources. You will liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal planning and processes for data collection and reporting. You will also be responsible for analysis and reporting of data to stakeholders.
