Role
The Manager Planning and Performance is responsible for the delivery of planning and performance services for Court and Tribunal Services, including:
- facilitation and development of the Division’s Strategic Plan and the business planning activities within each jurisdiction, to ensure alignment with the division’s Strategic Plan;
- the financial aspects of strategic and business planning and performance monitoring;
- ensuring the provision of information relevant to the performance of business areas, to meet Department, State and Federal reporting requirements.
We are looking for a high performing, self-motivated individual who has exceptional leadership and management skills to deliver successful outcomes.
You will work across and with a wide range of business areas and possess excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, including the ability to guide staff through an agreed process, maintaining focus, momentum, participation, engagement and results.
To achieve success in this role you will need to have considerable knowledge and experience in strategic and business planning coupled with knowledge of performance management and reporting at an organisational level.
