Senior Tenancy Bond Officer

The position
In this role you will responsible for undertaking the full range of activities required for processing bond transactions, and also for approving transactions processed by other officers.
This extends to supporting the Bonds Online Support team to manage online bond transactions and to assist with the marketing drive to increase the use of the Bonds Online eTransactions system by Licensned Real Estate Agents and private landlords.
Drawing on your customer service experience you will provide support and assistance to external customers to enable them to comply with relevant legislation and seek outstanding information when required.
You will possess good communication and interpersonal skills and show willingness to learn and develop expertise to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
This position is located in Cannington.

- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills to a diverse audience using a variety of mediums.
- Ability to use computer systems to undertake a range of administrative duties with an attention to detaills.
- Responds under direction to changes in client needs and expectations, manages progress and keeps clients informed, provides prompt and courteous service.
