The Role
People and Organisational Development Division has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is highly organised and can manage the demands of a dynamic, fast paced operational environment.
In this role you will provide a customer focused administrative service to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Branch. You will respond to phone, counter and email enquiries on a regular basis. You will undertake training course administration and assist in maintaining and retrieving records and documentation relating to L&OD.
You will have a demonstrated history of using your well developed communication and interpersonal skills to provide administrative support in a learning and development environment as well as strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and use of database applications. You will have proven experience using your conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills to follow processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will have sound planning and organising skills and have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
