Role
The Office of the Public Advocate is seeking to establish a pool of suitable applicants for the position of Senior Investigator Advocate Level 5. These positions provide high level advice, advocacy and investigation services for complex matters within the Western Australian Guardianship and administration system. These positions also work closely with guardians in an area of law that seeks to protect vulnerable adults with decision-making disabilities from abuse, neglect and exploitation. These positions are required to advocate at hearings of the State Administrative Tribunal in the best interests of people with decision-making disabilities.
Tenure/duration of appointment: Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which any future vacancies - permanent, contract, full time or part time will be filled. The pool will last for 12 months
