The Office of the Public Advocate is seeking to establish a pool of suitable applicants for the position of Investigator Advocate. As an Investigator Advocate you will be working in an area of law that seeks to protect vulnerable adults with decision-making disabilities from abuse, neglect and exploitation. If you are interested in promoting the best interests of this group, this may be the position for you. You will conduct investigations related to applications for guardianship and administration, or referrals that a person is at risk. You will be required to advocate on behalf of persons at hearings of the State Administrative Tribunal.

Tenure/duration of appointment: The pool will be valid for 12 months. Permanent, Fixed Term and or Part Time appointments may be made during the life of the pool
