Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced people to the position of Registered Nurse. In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse this position is responsible for the promotion of health and wellbeing of children using a quality standard of nursing practice in a designated area. This pool is for positions in School Health, Child Health, Immunisation and Aboriginal Health Team and Refugee Health.
Area Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) aims to ensure that the children and young people of Western Australia get the best start in life through health promotion; early intervention; and patient centred, family-focused care.
CAHS employs over 4000 people and provides services throughout the community within metropolitan Perth; operating the State’s only dedicated Tertiary Paediatric Hospital (Perth Children’s Hospital); providing specialised state wide services; as well as providing support to other hospitals and health services across Western Australia.
