The position
This position assists operational groups in reviewing internal processes to deliver efficiencies and transforming service offerings so that they are customer centric and digital in nature. Engaging with key internal staff, customers and key stakeholders, this position ensures the timely and successful completion of projects as part of the digital reform programs.
This position is located in East Perth.
Job Requirements/Capabilities
To undertake this role successfully you require
- Considerable experience in the review development and implementation of existing and new policy and programs of work.
- Proven track record in the delivery of Digital integration and transformational projects.
- Coordinates and manages productive and effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
