We’re looking for
A motivated individual to join our Support Services team
This is a key role where will you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for our customers. You will set, monitor and maintain quality standards across the work completed in Support Services and lead the quality assurance process to ensure compliance with customer service standards and legislation.
You will develop and provide training and support to the Support Services team. Monitoring incoming work volumes and ensuring we have sufficient resources to meet customer demand and expectations is another critical component of this role. You will also assist in the formulation of relevant business policies and procedures that are consistent with modern practices and prepare statistical reports from the workforce management and telephony systems, as well as the Departments licensing system.
We need someone who can

- Design and implement best practice methodologies using up to date technology and processes

- (SC4) Sound written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports, business processes and procedures.
