Role
The Canteen Officer is responsible for the overall management, coordination and control of the Canteen functions within the Prison. This position will be responsible for ensuring the distribution of goods for personal use by prisoners in line with Local and Standing orders.
The Canteen Officer is required to manage, supervise and provide productive work for prisoners employed in the Canteen.
