The Public Trustee is establishing a pool for the Marketing and Communications Officer position from which successful applicants will be offered fixed term, full-time and part-time contract appointments. The pool will run for twelve (12) months and will be used to fill positions that arise throughout the year.

Role
The position provides support and assistance to the Director Business Development and Marketing in the development, implementation and management of business development, marketing and communications services of the Public Trustee. Researches, writes, edits and disseminates content for internal and external audiences. Develops, coordinates and compiles content for Public Trustee publications, marketing materials and digital assets.
Tenure/duration of appointment: This position is initially for a 12 month fixed term contract as the substantive officer is proceeding on maternity leave for 12 months.
Should the substantive officer seek to extend her period of leave beyond 12 months or reduce her hours to part-time, there is every possibility that the fixed term contract will be extended accordingly.
