Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Speech Pathologist. As part of a multidisciplinary team you will need to provide Speech Pathology services to an allocated caseload requiring assessment, diagnosis and management of communication and swallowing disorders. You will also need to facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care and practice as a Speech Pathologist as per the Speech Pathology Australia Code of Ethics, the Speech Pathology Australia Scope of Practice and SMHS policies and guidelines.
Area Profile: Armadale Health Service (AHS) is a 290-bed general hospital with an Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. The hospital focuses on providing high-quality general medical and surgery services, rehabilitation, maternity, paediatric and neonatal, mental health, renal medicine and dialysis services, and ambulatory care.
Area Profile: Kalamunda District Community Hospital (KDCH) is a small 49 bed hospital located in the picturesque Perth Hills. KDCH operates under the governance of the Armadale Health Service and provides both day procedures and inpatient care.
