WHATS THE JOB
We are seeking to employ two enthusiastic and self-motivated Recruitment Officers to provide relief while the substantive occupants are on secondment. Ideally you will have some experience in a human resources or recruitment environment.
As collaborative member of the recruitment team you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to hiring managers in the recruitment, selection, assessment and appointment of staff
- Ensuring documentation and systems are maintained appropriately
- Providing a high quality service and advice that is proactive and solution focussed.
- Ensuring that Public Sector Standards in recruitment and selection are met and maintained
Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.

CONDITIONS
Additionally to be considered for this position you must have:
