About the Role
The members of our creative and customer focussed marketing team partner with VenuesWest business unit managers to provide marketing advice and manage marketing activities in line with the organisations marketing and business plans.
VenuesWest currently has a full time, fixed term opportunity in the position of Marketing Coordinator to February 2019 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency covering a period of maternity leave.
We will also be utilising this recruitment process to find suitable candidates to fill fixed term (with the possibility of extension and/or permanency) vacancies for the position of Marketing Coordinator and Senior Marketing Coordinator that are available whilst the substantive occupants undertake project work.
The positions are both responsible for developing end to end marketing campaigns for the business unit’s programs and services. The Senior Marketing Coordinator role is also responsible for coordinating the daily distribution of marketing tasks within the team, managing sponsorship requests, budgeting and detailed reporting.
The positions work collaboratively with the in-house Graphic Designer on design and production aspects of material and assist in enhancing the social media presence and maintaining the VenuesWest website including search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
These roles are based at HBF Stadium in Mt Claremont, however mobility will be required between our portfolio of venues.

About the Person
To be successful in this role, you will have previous demonstrated experience in planning, developing, delivering and evaluating end to end creative marketing campaigns in the commercial environment. You will also have experience in website content management systems, search engine optimisation and a range of social media platforms. Previous marketing experience in a sport, recreation or entertainment environment would be highly regarded.
