This is a Fixed Term Sessional appointment for 5 years at 4 sessions per fortnight.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced and motivated person for the role of Consultant – Public Health Medicine. This position is responsible for leading the disease control team and the provision of clinical expertise in communicable disease control. In addition, this position collaborates with WACHS-Great Southern staff and other key stakeholders to plan, implement and evaluate responses to emergencies that pose a threat to public health.
