We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Executive Support team within the Land Use Planning Division. To be successful in this position you will have considerable experience in providing executive support services using a wide range of office technology in a dynamic environment requiring discretion and a consistent professional approach. You will also demonstrate high level organisation and planning skills, a proven ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information, and well-developed computer literacy skills.
You will be responsible for managing the Assistant Director Generals (ADG), diary, emails and day to day activities. Your primary duties will include arranging meetings, organising briefing papers, travel arrangements, maintaining expense records, reconciling accounts, and undertaking research when required for the ADG, Land Use Planning Division and Development Assessment Panel members (DAP).
This is a full-time, permanent position. Suitable applicants may be considered for appointment to similar (permanent and fixed term) vacancies for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial date of the appointment.
