We’re looking for
A Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our Governance Branch
As a member of the Quality Assurance Team you will be have the opportunity to utilise your analytical and report writing skills as you prepare reports that identify potential risk areas related to Driver and Vehicle Services. You will utilise your communication skills to evaluate customers’ needs on a range of quality assurance matters. You will also develop and present training to stakeholders on practices and processing transactions.
Your knowledge of transaction processing will help you excel in this face-paced, positive and encouraging team.
We need someone who can
- Utilise highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with a wide range of customers
- Make sound decisions by applying excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Work well with technology and efficiently operate a range of computer programs
- Demonstrate excellent written skills with the ability to prepare reports, recommendations and correspondence
- Work independently and collectively as a team member
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance

- (SC1) Demonstrated experience working within a complex and high volume front line customer service environment.
- (SC2) Experience in identifying, developing, implementing and facilitating training needs and programs to ensure effective and efficient standards of service are provided.
- (SC4) Analytical, research and evaluation skills, including the ability to resolve complex problems.
