We are the lead agency responsible for the implementation of government policy and initiatives in sport and recreation in Western Australia. We are seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Cloud Administrator based in our Leederville office. (Note the position may be relocated to 140 William Street, Perth as part of the Departments restructure)
In this role you will manage, administer and support the department’s networking, telecommunications, computer and virtual server infrastructure and our presence in the cloud.
You will be providing advanced support for the departments primary systems and servers in addition to implementing and managing information security practices.
You will be involved with key ITS projects to ensure adoption of latest technical trends and their application within the departments business information systems.
This position is fixed term for 6 months with a possibility of extension and/or permanency, to cover a staff member on secondment. At the conclusion of the initial engagement, an extension may be offered or the Department may choose to readvertise the opportunity.
