You will be person centred and able to readily apply analytical thinking skills to creatively solve problems. You will be able to clearly articulate and apply policy in your work. You will have the ability to work to deadlines within a context of shifting priorities, and the capacity to work both autonomously and as an integral member of the local team.
As a Local Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting individuals with disability to live fulfilling, healthy and inclusive lives in their local community. You will support people to create individual plans focused on the development of skills, promoting independence and self-determination. You will play a key role in linking people with services and supporting them to build networks and connections in their local community.
You will be rewarded on day one with the opportunity to positively impact upon the lives of West Australians with disability and their families.
