The Department of Sport and Recreation is the lead agency responsible for the implementation of government policy and initiatives in sport and recreation in Western Australia. A key role of the department is to contribute to the healthy lifestyle of Western Australians by increasing physical activity in the community through sport and recreation.
We are seeking a suitably experienced cleaners to be based at our Ern Halliday Recreation Camp.
Other Conditions
Approval to conduct a National Police check will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per DSR Employee Suitability Policy.

Job Description Cleans accommodation areas of DSR’s various camps as required. Works under the supervision of the manager of the camp.
Selection Criteria
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Basic communication skills including interpersonal skills
• Organised
• Practical knowledge of cleaning materials.
• Practical ability to undertake cleaning duties
• Practical ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Previous cleaning experience (accommodation desirable).
