We are seeking to employ individuals with relevant skills and experience to work with minimal supervision as part of the Bonds team, maintaining good customer focus and using initiative in a demanding work environment.
This is a pool recruitment process for permanent, fixed term, full time and part time positions as they arise over a 12 month period from the date of finalisation of the recruitment process.
Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be appointed to other similar vacancies that occur throughout our department for the life of the pool from the date of finalisation of the recruitment process.
The roles
Tenancy Bond Officer, Level 1
As a Tenancy Bond Officer you will process applications for the lodgement and disposal of tenancy bonds and give advice to customers regarding those applications. You will also perform administrative tasks and provide a timely and efficient service to all customers of the Bond Administration Branch.
Senior Tenancy Bond Officer, Level 2
In addition to the above, the Senior Tenancy Bonds Officer has additional responsibilities which include:
- Overseeing the activities of Tenancy Bond Officers and approving bond transactions to ensure quality assurance.
- Contributing to the review of procedures and work practices focussed on continuous improvement of service delivery.
Both of these roles are located at our Cannington site, newly refurbished and convenient to public transport links, free secure parking and amenities.
