This is Fixed Term Part Time appointment for 12 months at 30.40 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Senior Occupational Therapist. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Occupational Therapy services to consumers in the clinical area of Mental Health – Assessment and Treatment Team using advanced Occupational Therapy clinical practice skills. You will also need to plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care. You will practice as a Senior Occupational Therapist and ensure practice is in accordance to the Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and EMHS policies and guidelines.

The hospital focuses on providing high-quality general medical and surgery services, rehabilitation, maternity, paediatric and neonatal, mental health, renal medicine and dialysis services, and ambulatory care.
