This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term - Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. The Pool is being created to fill future vacancies that may arise within the division and will remain active for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial appointment. Applicants who are assessed as 'suitable' at the completion of this process, will be placed in the Pool and may be considered for future permanent and temporary vacancies as they become available.

Job profile: We are seeking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to the positions of Human Resource Consultant and Senior Human Resource Consultant. In these positions you will provide a consultancy and advisory service for management and staff on a broad range of human resource management matters and contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational human resource practices; based on quality customer service principles.
The Position Description Forms outline the key roles and responsibilities, reporting relationships and work-related requirements.
