We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Support Officer to join our Planning Administration team within the Perth and Peel Planning Division to administer the Structure Plan process.
As part of the team you will provide administration and planning support focusing on Structure Plans. You will deal with Structure Plan applications and process, respond to enquiries and ensure that legislative requirements are met.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations in planning are required for this position, as well as well-developed research and analytical skills.
This position is full-time, for a fixed-term period until 28 February 2018 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants may be considered for appointment to similar (permanent and fixed term) vacancies for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial date of the appointment.
