Conditions
This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent vacancy.
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department of Culture and the Arts Police Record Screening Policy.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants for this position may be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within the Culture and Arts Portfolio and/or the wider public sector which arise within a reasonable period of time. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Future vacancies may be considered for permanent and fixed term, part- time and full- time positions.
Location
This position is located in central Perth within the Cultural Centre hub close to the bustling café, tourist and shopping districts.
Job Description
The position maintains customer information for philanthropic activities of the State Library. Provides assistance in the preparation of functions and provides administrative assistance to the marketing functions at the State Library.
