Role
Court and Tribunal Services is a busy and dynamic work environment where you will be challenged and learn new skills. Customer Service Officers and Court Officers in Court and Tribunal Services work in a variety of environments and use a range of skills. We provide on-going training and the opportunity to rotate through different roles in Perth and the metropolitan area.
We need people who are enthusiastic, interested in administrative work, able to communicate well and looking for a challenge.
Tenure/duration of appointment: Positions are fixed term, part time, casual and full time. Temporary appointments may be extended and have the possibility of permanency.

Work Related Requirements
A generic Customer Service Officer JDF is attached, providing more information about the set of work related requirements of this and other similar positions throughout Court and Tribunal Services. Appointment to a role with the Department of the Attorney General is conditional upon obtaining an employment screening clearance, which includes a National Criminal History Check and any other relevant checks.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which fixed term, full-time, casual and part-time appointments with a possibility of permanency may be made when similar vacancies such as Support Officer, Recoveries Officer, Case Manager, Secretary, Enforcement Coordinator etc occur. The pool will operate for a twelve month period within the metropolitan area and the following locations:
- Armadale
- Midland
- Northam
- Moora
- Joondalup
- Perth
- Fremantle
- Rockingham; and
- Mandurah
