Level 3, SOA, $70,555 - $81,888 pa plus 9.5% superannuation
Have you undertaken the Project Support Officer role on high risk, high value complex construction or technology projects? Can you work independently within a busy team environment? Do you enjoy a fast paced, challenging and highly rewarding project environment?
Then we have a role for you in our Major Projects Unit (MPU) which is responsible for the delivery of high risk high value transport infrastructure projects. Projects currently underway within MPU are:
- Perth Stadium Station Transport infrastructure;
- Aubin Grove Station;
- Forrestfield- Airport Link;
- Kenwick Facility; and
- Radio Systems Replacement Project.
Your New Role
In this role you will provide project and administrative support. As an integral part of the project team, you will monitor the progress of the projects and prepare reports. Additionally, you will undertake contract administration; preparing, coordinating and managing correspondence for the project teams using an Electronic Document Management System to ensure documents are registered and controlled. Your new role involves undertaking research and providing recommendations to the team.
These are fixed term positions for a period of 3 years with the possibility of them being extended or made permanent.
What You Will Need To Succeed
You will be expected to have experience in a dynamic project and procurement environment. You will also have well developed problem solving, organisational skills and highly developed communication skills which are required to successfully work in this team environment to deliver the expected outcomes.
