Position Description
We currently have one (1) permanent vacancy to be filled. This process may be used to fill other similar vacancies throughout the department. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, the panel may select another suitable applicant from this selection process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from approval of the initial recruitment decision.
As the Executive Manager you will lead the Client Relationship function in liaising with strategic clients and partner agencies to provide high level advice, guidance and direction in relation to Crown land administration, with particular emphasis on major resource related projects.
You will also lead operational teams in identifying and/or developing new operational business opportunities for the agency, coordinating business improvement and change management strategies within the Division and, where appropriate, across the agency.
In addition, you will provide high level advice to the Executive Director Regional and Metro Services, Corporate Executive, Director General and Minister on matters relating to Crown land administration; and manage the operational performance of the Regional and Metro Services division, and administer functions of the Minister for Lands under the Land Administration Act 1997.
