We’re looking for
A Senior Systems and Data Integrity Officer to join our Customer Service Phone Support Branch.
As Senior Systems and Data Integrity Officer you will provide high level advice to staff and external stakeholders on data quality and integrity matters. You will assist with the retrieval, maintenance and integrity of data, and will have responsibility for the input of data to on-line systems.
You will make a key contribution to the development and maintenance of documentation to support licensing systems, and will undertake administrative duties to support client, motor vehicles and driver licensing activities as directed.
This vacancy will be utilised to fill permanent and fixed term contract opportunities, with the possibility of extension or permanency.
We need someone who can
- Provide high level advice and assistance on matters relating to data quality
- Effectively analyse and research data integrity issues and develop customer focused solutions
- Contribute to the identification of training needs for clients and other agency staff
- Advise management on possible violations of data base security and assist with investigations
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders in a variety of contexts.
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals

- A detailed CV that clearly outlines the skills and experience you have gained in relation to the job description; and
- A written statement (maximum three (3) pages) addressing only the following selection criteria (SC):
- Well-developed knowledge and experience in the use of complex databases or licensing systems including transaction processing and data management issues.
- Well-developed knowledge and experience of driver and vehicle licensing legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation.
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and research skills including the ability to provide solutions to problems including data integrity issues of a complex nature.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a variety of contexts.
