As the Manager Research you will set the strategic direction for Landgate’s research agenda, including developing research proposals, negotiating funding and setting direction for new work and innovations in the spatial and location industry.
This is a new role, leading a new team at Landgate and you will have the opportunity to shape the way that research is undertaken, including the development of frameworks, standards and practices. You will have strong spatial industry knowledge and create and maintain strong working relationships with private and public organisations, state-wide as well as at a national level.
What you will need to bring
To be successful in this role, show us your:
- Strategic and business intelligence, and ability to develop corporate research plans and strategies.
- Proven ability to identify emerging research and/or economic issues,
- Leadership capability, fostering innovation and creative thinking and solutions.
