The Department of Sport and Recreation is the lead agency responsible for the implementation of government policy and initiatives in sport and recreation in Western Australia. A key role of the department is to contribute to the healthy lifestyle of Western Australians by increasing physical activity in the community through sport and recreation.
We are seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the part-time (0.8 FTE) position of Regional Administration Officer based in our Albany office. This role will be working 30 hours per week spread over Monday to Friday
In this role you will be responding to public enquiries regarding the Department’s planning and service delivery in the Great Southern region. You will provide administrative support and assists with the day-to-day operations of the Great Southern Office, and undertaking basic project work.
