Position Profile: The Subacute Community and Aged Care Directorate is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to the position of Manager. The Manager will support the Group Director and provide strategic leadership and management in the provision of financial and corporate service functions to the Subacute Community and Aged Care Directorate. In this position you will participate in the strategic management of the Directorate.
The incumbent in this position will ensure there is an appropriate mix of services from the non-government sector in the overall resource allocation and monitoring process. You will coordinate the development of health systems policy for agreements and business processes with the not-for-profit community services sector. You will also manage the program planning and service arrangements for state-wide and not-for-profit community services sector.
