Job Description
The Property Analyst is responsible for the development of business cases, on a range of development proposals. The successful applicants will be required to undertake comprehensive property analysis and research to provide the necessary data, trends and future activity which will impact on the commercial activities of the agency. In this role you will be required to establish and maintain effective working relationships, networks and partnerships with stakeholders and clients.
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and development in a property development environment including knowledge of the housing industry and the role of government in planning and regulation standards and compliance requirements in the housing and land development businesses.
- High level oral and written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and negotiation skills in the context of developing opportunities into projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- High level conceptual, research and analytical skills, with proven ability in business process design, development and implementation.
Desirable
- Technical knowledge of the building and property industries.
- Experience with financial modelling in a property development context.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, property development, or equivalent.
