The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is a State owned Government Business Enterprise that provides Motor Injury Insurance to Western Australian motorists and manages the self insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government known as RiskCover.

The Role
The Administration Support Officer provides administration and financial support within the RiskCover Division and key responsibilities include:
- processing receipts, invoices and financial reconciliations;
- records management;
- assisting with training event coordination;
- general office support including relief secretarial services to the General Manager RiskCover; and
- arranging travel and accommodation and reconciling the travel account.
The Person
The successful applicant will have well-developed communication skills and be able to professionally and effectively liaise with colleagues, management and clients.
You will have demonstrated experience in account reconciliation and be competent using Microsoft applications, spreadsheets and financial systems, preferably Oracle. An ability to prioritise, use initiative and approach tasks flexibly and positively is key to success in this role.
