Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with the real estate agents, customers and other internal/external stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator deals with the daily processes, reporting and management of sales; working with all stakeholders to seamlessly sell homes to buyers.
Role Related Requirements
- Manages the ongoing property sales under the Affordable Sales Program
- Prepares briefs for the engagement of agents, negotiates fees and recommends appointment of agent
- Maintains relationships with real estate agents, monitors real estate agent performance and co-ordinates performance appraisal system
- Liaises with clients and maintains responsible lines of communication as the primary internal point of contact for property sales
- Reviews progress of sales and provide excellent customer service leading up to settlement
- Analyses weekly sales data and present key findings to management
- Interfaces with the Manager Property Sales to enable effective planning, programming and budgeting of the Affordable Sales Program
- Maintains effective relationships with real estate agents, finance institutions, builders, project and board managers and members of the general public
